As we do more work in this space, we're always looking to connect with strong technologists who might be a fit for future project-based work — so if that's you, we'd love to know you exist!

What this work tends to look like:

• Diagnosing operational, data, or delivery gaps for public-sector and mission-driven clients, then scoping and building the solution
• Moving fluidly between stakeholder discovery, hands-on implementation, and clear reporting to leadership
• Choosing the right tool for the job across a modern stack (think React, Node, cloud infrastructure, data platforms) rather than defending one toolchain
• Using AI as a working tool to move faster and smarter — not as a talking point

You might be a fit if you:

• Have a few years in technical consulting, a startup, PE/VC portfolio operations, or civic tech
• Are comfortable being the most technical person in the room and explaining tradeoffs to a non-technical client
• Already reach for AI tools in your day-to-day work, even if your résumé doesn't scream "AI-native"
• Want your technical skills pointed at something with direct civic impact
