What this work tends to look like:

• Supporting state and federal agencies or healthcare organizations through complex policy and operational change — Medicaid, benefits access, and coverage programs are a common thread
• Translating dense policy and regulatory guidance into practical, actionable plans
• Partnering closely with agency and client stakeholders under real-world pressure and timelines
• Producing work that drives action, not shelf reports

You might be a fit if you:

• Have 2-5 years of top-tier management consulting experience
• Have experience in Medicaid, health coverage, or benefits-access programs, or in mission-driven public health work
• Are motivated by public-service impact as much as by the work itself
• Are comfortable with project-based engagements — a strong first project is often the start of a longer relationship, not a one-off
• Bring the rigor of a top consulting environment without the rigidity
