Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lawn/grass cutting and maintenance
• Weed whacking/pulling
• Some indoor painting, including preparation.
• Performing projects assigned by the Facility Manager or representative.

Skills:

• Ability to work independently
• Proficient with reading and math, sufficient to accurately follow directions, and to Proficient writing skills
• This position necessitates the ability to think critically, manage time effectively and perform work in a quality manner
• Computer familiarity to access information as needed.
• Somewhat familiar with lawn care equipment such as walking behind and/or riding lawn mower, weed whacker, and hand tools.
• Somewhat familiar with the basics of room painting, as with the preparation and clean up processes.

Requirements:

• Walking, standing, kneeling, stooping, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds; some stairs.
• Sitting/riding lawn care equipment
• Some/minimal computer
• Walking while carrying approximately 5 pounds
• Achieved age 18

No benefits as this is a temporary position.

Approximately 30 scheduled hours per week with flexibly from Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00 pm.

Pay rate: $15.00 to $17.00 based on experience.
