Responsibilities:

• Creating full digital fundraising campaigns for clients; including budgeting, revenue projections, and creative planning
• Setting up ad campaigns from beginning to end; including conversion tracking
• Creating reports with key metrics for clients
• Acting as a resource on ad optimizations for members of other teams
• Managing creative, writing, and strategy components internally to move a campaign along
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving with other members of the Ads department
• Copywriting if needed
• Developing testing protocols for ad performance
• Staying up to date on evolving platform rules and regulations

Client Facing

• Can run multiple smaller clients autonomously
• Can represent BattleAxe and explain & advocate for digital strategies on client calls
