Project Manager (Cycle Hire) - Break Something
Break Something
About Break Something
Break Something is a full-service digital and streaming-era media firm. We run high-performing advertising programs across platforms — combining strategy, creative, production, and media buying with fast execution and rigorous attention to detail.
The Role
We’re hiring a Project Manager to support 1–2 of our largest clients and help execute complex advertising campaigns. This role is the operational hub — managing approvals, coordinating timelines with our digital ads team, maintaining sequencing schedules, and helping coordinate production and post-production workflows.
If you’re hyper-organized, detail-obsessed, and energized by keeping a lot of moving parts on track, you’ll do great here.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day project management for 1–2 major client accounts across creative, media, and production workstreams
- Manage multiple approval chains — tracking feedback, routing revisions, and documenting final sign-offs
- Coordinate with our digital ads team on ad placements, specs, trafficking timelines, and launch readiness
- Oversee ad sequencing schedules (what runs when, where, and in what order) and ensure the correct versions go live
- Maintain clean systems for file organization, naming conventions, version control, and asset delivery
- Help coordinate ad shoots (scheduling, stakeholders, shot lists, deliverables) and keep post-production timelines on track
- Run status check-ins, flag risks early, and keep teams aligned on deadlines and next steps
- Preferred: at least one full cycle of campaign experience (electoral, advocacy, or political advertising experience counts)
- Demonstrated project management skill — building timelines, managing dependencies, and pushing work to completion
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple parallel projects
- Strong written communication and follow-through
- Experience working with creative teams, media teams, and/or production workflows is a plus
Compensation and Term
This is a cycle hire role running through December 31, 2026. Continuation may be considered based on need, but is not guaranteed.
Salary: $66,001 – $73,000.
