BKCM is seeking a strategic-minded Salesforce platform expert, with strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills, to steward Salesforce as a core internal system. You’ll partner with stakeholders to understand needs, create a coherent roadmap, collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver continuous improvements, and empower staff to thrive with the system. You’re joining an organization with a fresh, current system and strong adoption. Essential duties include platform leadership, ongoing prioritization of fixes/improvements, user support and training, data integrity, engaging external experts, and maintaining a CRM strategy aligned with organizational goals. Database administration includes configurations, workflow automation, reports/dashboards, data audits/cleanups/imports, QA testing, and managing integrations. Additional Details: Location: hybrid with 2–4 days/week in the Brooklyn, NY office; Salary range: $95K–$115K; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO/holidays, and 403(b).
