BKCM hosts 200+ concerts, recitals, and events per year in Park Slope and venues around Brooklyn. Event Staff hired on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities vary by event and include front of house/box office, live sound/tech (16-channel wireless mixer with iPad, lighting presets, video projection/streaming), and attendee management for family-oriented events. Skills: strong communication, customer service, and live sound; experience with ticketing/POS (e.g., Square) a plus; responsive and punctual; able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 3 hours. Seasonal paid training required; background checks at hiring. Reports to the Events Manager; pay rate $25/hour.
