BKCM seeks a part-time Registrar & Operations Specialist as front-of-house at 58 7th Avenue, serving as primary staff liaison for onsite students/clients. Requires exemplary customer service, multi‑tasking, and strong interpersonal/communication skills. This is an in-person role. Pay: $27–$31/hour; part‑time employees eligible for PTO/holidays and 403(b). Required shifts: Sunday 10:30 am–6:30 pm; Monday 11:00 am–7:00 pm (hours may shift in future terms). Responsibilities: registration (communicate offerings, process payments, scheduling, enforce policies), registration system setup/maintenance, records/reporting, reception duties, facilities/room scheduling, rentals, opening/closing, supplies, event support, and special projects.
