Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee SONYC Gloria’s House yearly and weekly afterschool calendars
  • Coordinate SONYC Schedule with all relevant stake holders
  • Act as the primary point person for SONYC facilitators, communicate schedule changes with facilitators, schedule make-up programming as needed
  • Meet with partner agencies/stakeholders, send out revised schedule every Friday to all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure all facilitators have material and supply clearance in advance of sessions
  • Ensure youth arrive on time for program and troubleshoot scheduling issues as they arise
  • Build relationships with partner agencies, especially those present for Afterschool hours, get buy-in for programming
  • Create flyers for program
  • Collect attendance and upload data on to DYCD Connect on a daily basis
  • Update enrollment sheet on daily basis (with attendance)
  • Maintain DYCD binder and ensure up to date (attendance, enrollment sheet, SCR/SCL clearances, weekly schedule)
  • Develop annual work scope in DYCD online
  • Perform monthly program observations and provide feedback to facilitators
  • Plan and coordinate monthly family nights
  • Complete Weekly Report, and share with partner agencies and DYCD stakeholders
