Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Countable’s team is made up of corporate change agents, technologists, politicos, activists, and journalists. The SDR will work with a talented and supportive marketing and sales team and receive a list of quality leads, sales scripts, and ongoing support.
Contact 30 to 40 potential prospects per day (a combination of first time outreach and follow-ups) through various channels (e.g. phone calls, emails, social media, etc.)
Address prospect's needs and suggest how Countable’s services offer solutions to those needs and goals
Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and senior sales executives meeting a quota of a minimum of 5 meetings per week after the second month.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
College degree preferred
Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
Hard-working, self-motivated, well-organized, and able to thrive in a ‘startup’ environment
Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Excellent listening skills.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
High level of integrity and work ethic
Accuracy of pipeline maintenance
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience working with HubSpot
Fair understanding of sales performance metrics

$50k – $60K base • $20-30K commission
