Finance Lead
Craft & Commerce
Craft & Commerce (C&C) is an integrated media agency that connects growth science, media strategy, and modern measurement to help our partners create greater marketing impact and grow with confidence.
C&C is purpose-built to bring a marketer’s mentality to today’s dynamic media landscape. The result is an expert, senior-level team that approaches media not as an agency, but as a business stakeholder committed to one thing: helping our partners outshine the competition through smarter, more agile planning and buying. Our secret sauce is the marriage of marketing effectiveness science and business impact measurement, together guiding us in balancing brand and performance, and translating data into actionable media strategies and hands-on campaign management.
We are seeking a Finance Lead to own and elevate the accounting and financial operations that support our growing portfolio of media clients. This role is responsible for building financial rigor across pass-through media billing, client invoicing, forecasting, and internal reporting ensuring that Craft & Commerce has the visibility, accuracy, and controls needed to scale with confidence.
This is a highly hands-on role that blends strategic oversight with day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to manage reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting cycles as they are partnering with leadership on forecasting, profitability analysis, and process design.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance Lead will oversee internal accounting workflows, supervise the Staff Accountant, and serve as the go-to financial partner across the organization driving operational discipline and enabling data-informed decision-making. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and takes ownership of both the details and the bigger picture.
