Craft & Commerce (C&C) is an integrated media agency that connects growth science, media strategy, and modern measurement to help our partners create greater marketing impact and grow with confidence.

C&C is purpose-built to bring a marketer’s mentality to today’s dynamic media landscape. The result is an expert, senior-level team that approaches media not as an agency, but as a business stakeholder committed to one thing: helping our partners outshine the competition through smarter, more agile planning and buying. Our secret sauce is the marriage of marketing effectiveness science and business impact measurement, together guiding us in balancing brand and performance, and translating data into actionable media strategies and hands-on campaign management.

We are seeking a Paid Search Manager to lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, and Amazon Search (Sponsored Products & Sponsored Brands). The ideal candidate is a hands-on PPC expert with a knack for turning insights into action—comfortable with bid strategies, keyword structure, performance pacing, and client communication. You're fluent in both the art and science of SEM and thrive in a collaborative, remote-first team.

And—at C&C—we treasure a candid, ask-the-right-questions, get-it-done attitude that’s at the heart of our fast-moving and collaborative team culture. We’re a flexible, balanced, self-driven workplace. The right candidate will join us remotely from a place that makes you happy.

  • Collaborate with client strategy leads to tie search investment to business growth opportunities.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across all three platforms—adjusting budget, bid strategies, keyword performance, and ad copy.
  • Use top-of-search, impression share, and conversion data to fine-tune account structures and maximize ROI.
  • Identify and test new opportunities, including beta programs, audience layering, and automation strategies.

Reporting & Insights

  • Own weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting—surfacing trends, interpreting data, and identifying actionable insights.
  • Connect performance to business outcomes, providing clear and strategic recommendations.
  • Build dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets that simplify complex data for clients and internal teams.

Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Present campaign performance, recommendations, and POVs on platform developments to clients.
