We will be the point of contact between you and Craft & Commerce during the recruitment process, acting as your trusted advisor and coach. We look forward to your interest.

This role is remote in the US but ideally EST/CST - you must work EST hours.

Craft & Commerce (C&C) is an integrated media agency that connects growth science, media strategy, and modern measurement to help our partners create greater marketing impact and grow with confidence.

C&C is purpose-built to bring a marketer’s mentality to today’s dynamic media landscape. The result is an expert, senior-level team that approaches media not as an agency, but as a business stakeholder committed to one thing: helping our partners outshine the competition through smarter, more agile planning and buying. Our secret sauce is the marriage of marketing effectiveness science and business impact measurement, together guiding us in balancing brand and performance, and translating data into actionable media strategies and hands-on campaign management.

We are hiring a Senior Associate, Media Strategy to lead & manage several key media channels for one of our largest accounts. This is a leadership role responsible for developing media strategies & campaign plans and supporting projects across multiple stakeholders. Reporting to the AVP of Media Strategy, the Senior Associate, Media Strategy will ensure partner satisfaction via the stewardship of media strategy, campaign planning, vendor management, and communications between internal & external teams. Ideal candidates have experience in brand or retail media, and can act as a liaison, translator and champion between our client partners and vendors. Past experience in consumer brands is a plus, especially with emerging brands.

They’ll partner closely with our client’s teams, platform reps, analysts, and media execution specialists to ensure we bring clarity, consistency, and strategic insight to every campaign in the planning, execution, and reporting stages.

At C&C we treasure a candid, ask-the-right-questions, get-it-done attitude that’s at the heart of our fast-moving and collaborative team culture. We’re a flexible, balanced, self-driven, and independent workplace. The right candidate will have high agency, strong self-motivation, and excellent time management skills. They’ll join us remotely from a place that makes them happy.
