  • I enjoy problem-solving and working in troubleshooting roles.
  • I am organized and enjoy building processes and efficiencies with a team.
  • I have built trusting relationships with stakeholders, customers, and/or users.

  • I have worked on a campaign or at a state party and used data and technology as part of my job responsibilities.

We’d be excited to see

  • Facilitate virtual (and occasional in-person) training on complex technical concepts and tools to a wide range of technical expertise.
  • Build collaborative relationships with state party data staff, including troubleshooting voter file issues, and responding to and advocating for state party needs.

  • Maintain up-to-date and relevant documentation of DNC tech and data products and processes, including creating new content as necessary.
  • Represent political data and technology on the front lines. This team is responsible for facilitating a profound feedback loop between us and our community of users, in addition to ensuring our tools and products are well documented and utilized.
  • Collaborate with other Community Analysts and the Community Director to support each other in day-to-day work and drive long-term projects.
