Overview

Ekō is seeking proposals from freelancers, agencies, or consultancies to help us expand our global donor base through a strategic multi-channel growth initiative. The selected vendor will work with us to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to reach new audiences in key regions of the Global South, achieving sustainable growth over the next 3-5 years.

A bit about us

Ekō is a global movement of consumers, investors, and workers standing together to hold corporations accountable for their actions and forge a new and sustainable path for our global economy. We are a movement of more than 21 million people, brought together by a global and remote team of 40+ campaigners, fundraisers, product and operations staff. Our purpose is to challenge corporate power everywhere. We hold the biggest corporations in the world (and their political allies) to account by mobilising millions of people to take collective action.

Goals of Work

Ekō seeks to grow our existing donor base, which is traditionally done via email and digital marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google, by exploring new acquisition and communication channels to reach new geographic and demographic targets. We want to develop a multi-channel product and marketing strategy that is tailored to prospective members in these new channels that allows us to grow efficiently and sustainably over the next 3-5 years.

Scope of Work

• Competitive Landscape Analysis - Assess the competitive landscape to identify organizations/businesses that are successfully growing outside of email-based campaigning and their approaches
• New Global Growth Channels - Identify 3 new global growth channels and a strategy for each, prioritized by potential and cost effectiveness of approach (e.g. WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube, traditional TV)
• Key Growth Regions in the Global South - Identify 3 countries in the Global South with high growth potential for Eko and develop a strategy using the channels and product most likely to achieve that growth.
• Prospective Member Profiles - Develop profiles for prospective members in these new channels to help us understand them and how they prefer to interact with online campaigns.
• Strategy Execution and Optimization - Work with Ekō through the execution of at least one strategy to identify optimizations and pivots to maximize success

Proposal Submission Requirements

Please submit your proposal below by October 1, 2024. Your proposal should include:

• Timeline and Overview of Your Approach: Provide a timeline and an overview of the strategies and plans you will use to achieve growth for Ekō.
• Success Metrics: Detail the metrics and criteria you will use to measure the success of the strategies
• Proposed Scope of Work: A preliminary outline of the tasks, deliverables, and services you will provide
• Case Studies: Case studies that demonstrate your past success with product and marketing strategies that achieved growth in multinational, multi-channel settings
• General Pricing Information: An estimate of the costs associated with the project. Please note that this pricing is not binding; final scope of work and pricing will be determined through discussions and mutual agreement between the vendor and Ekō.
