Type: Part-Time, 1099 -- Potential to move to W2 FTE (Contract to Hire)
Firefly Partners is seeking a skilled and dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Technical Project Coordinator and QA Specialist. This dual-role position is designed for an individual who excels in project management and possesses deep expertise quality assurance practices. The ideal candidate will coordinate projects efficiently while also being a subject matter expert in QA. This position will get started as a part-time 1099 contractor (about 15-20 hours/week to start) and has the potential to grow to a full-time W2 employee.

Responsibilities:
Client Communications and Support
- Serve as the main point of contact as the project manager for multiple projects and retainers
- Provide excellent client support by leading client check-ins (setting meetings, sending agendas and follow-ups)
- Working in close collaboration with the Strategy lead empowering clients to think strategically, developing results-oriented project plans to achieve their goals in the areas of digital marketing
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and maintains those relationships over time; adapting communication styles and methods to build trust among clients and partners
Project Ownership
- Lead project teams by collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver client deliverables that are of the highest quality ensuring the team has due dates and tasks associated with their work including reviewing deliverables
- Manage budgets, timelines, scopes, and deliverables for multiple projects and retainers and account for any changes that need to occur within the project using established Firefly processes with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- Raise the “red flag” to the Operations Director & help to problem solve if a project is scope-creeping, about to go over budget or time and communicate issues & resolution to the client
- Project ownership mentality - owning both the good & the bad of the project - Understanding that the project success is also your success, the business success and therefore not allowing potential roadblocks to stand in the way of project success
Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities
- Conduct Regular Testing: Perform thorough testing of digital marketing campaigns, websites, and tech products to ensure they meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Identify Issues: Detect and document bugs, usability issues, and any deviations from project requirements.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with project managers, developers, and designers to communicate findings and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain Documentation: Record detailed and accurate test results, reports, and quality metrics.
- Ensure Compliance: Verify that all deliverables comply with industry standards, company policies, and client requirements.
- User Experience Evaluation: Assess the user experience of digital products and provide feedback for improvements.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure digital products are optimized for speed and efficiency.
- Automation Tools: Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in retrospective meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes
Internal Processes:
- As directed by the Operations Director help set standards and internal processes for delivering digital experience services to clients.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a QA role, with a proven track record of working as an SME in at least some of the specified platforms (Engaging Networks, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, TeamRaiser, Luminate Online, WordPress).
- Demonstrated ability to manage 10 - 15 projects at a time by overseeing the execution of project plans within a cross-functional team
- Process Improvement: Establish and refine QA processes and standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery. Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Staying abreast of project management and digital marketing trends that affect nonprofits and applying that knowledge to daily work; proactively sharing knowledge with other team members
Qualifications: 
- Minimum of two years of experience in a QA role, with a proven track record of working as an SME in at least some of the specified platforms (Engaging Networks, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, TeamRaiser, Luminate Online, WordPress).Familiarity with coding (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to understand technical specifications and requirements.Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and quality assurance.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and recommend solutions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
