Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Pardot Specialist Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Pardot, including platform migration and workflow creation. As a key player in our client services team, you will be responsible for managing Pardot implementations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless platform transitions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Migration:
  • Lead and execute the migration of client marketing automation platforms to Pardot, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their current setup and tailor the Pardot implementation to meet their specific needs.
• Workflow Creation:
  • Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows in Pardot, including lead nurturing, segmentation, scoring, and engagement programs.
  • Develop custom email templates, landing pages, and forms to support client marketing campaigns.
• Client Collaboration:
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide training, and offer ongoing support for Pardot usage.
  • Provide strategic guidance on how to leverage Pardot’s features to meet marketing objectives and drive results.
• Data Management:
  • Ensure accurate data migration and integration between Pardot and CRM systems.
  • Maintain data hygiene and implement best practices for data segmentation and list management.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance within Pardot, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs.
• Ongoing Support:
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for Pardot users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pardot features and updates, sharing knowledge with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pardot Specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful platform migrations and workflow implementations.
• Deep understanding of Pardot’s features, including Engagement Studio, Automation Rules, Dynamic Content, and Salesforce integration.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and their integration with Pardot.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Pardot certification is highly desirable.

Contract Details:

• This is a part-time, 1099 contractor position with flexible hours. This would be for a contract for several months with a potential to extend.
• Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
