Florida Rising Together is the non-partisan arm of Florida Rising, working to educate, register and mobilize voters in Florida to ensure a more diverse, politically savvy, and empowered electorate.

OPPORTUNITY

County Quality Control Coordinators are responsible for completing all quality control processes for any forms collected by our field canvassers. This person will be responsible for the safe processing and delivery of all applications. . This is a temporary, full-time position that ends in November 2024.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Voter Registration

● Work with county Field Manager to ensure all quality control expectations are met by field canvassers

● Responsible for the safe delivery of most accurate applications to the correct government entity

● Complete and conduct all Voter Registration Quality Control trainings

● Scan, upload, redact, and input all voter registration applications into CRM (called Block) ● Communicating any issues to Quality Control Director and Voter Registration leadership team ● Other duties as assigned.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

● Prior experience with Blocks and/or VAN is preferred but not required

● Understanding of issues facing low-income and minority communities;

● 1-2 years of experience in a data or technology role;

● Self-motivated - proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team; ● Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment;

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

● Experience working with a computer;

● Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions;

● Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and discretion.
