Executive Program Assistant
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Employment Type: Regular, Full-time, Exempt
Salary Band: $52,000- $65,000
Reports to: Chief Advocacy & Political Officer

Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will work directly to support the Chief Advocacy & Political Officer. administratively. They will work to provide smooth planning processes and communications between departments, as well as external partners, allies, and members as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support calendaring, email and administrative tasks for the Chief Advocacy & Political Officer.
- Support interdepartmental collaboration between Political, Legislative, and Organizing/ Constituency teams ensuring communication and coordination on moving projects forward
- Project Management on behalf of the Chief Advocacy & Political Officer.
- Document monthly Directors Team Meetings and other team meetings; provide notes and follow-up emails as necessary
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least five (5) years of administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A strong understanding of the organization and its departments
- Strong working knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Suite
- Strong working knowledge of Asana or other relevant project management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented

- Self-motivated; ability to take initiative and to manage multiple projects; and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team to advance the mission/goals of the organization.
- Ability to interact with and understand people of various social, cultural, economic, and education backgrounds.
- Fluency in English is required. Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is a plus.
