The Senior Specialist — Membership and Events is a key member of the Membership & Network Development team, responsible for coordinating and executing the organization’s membership experience, training programs, and events. This role supports member engagement and retention, contributes to the adoption of learning and membership platforms, and helps ensure a high-quality, seamless experience across all member touchpoints.
