Job Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Microsoft Solutions Developer to join our team, crafting impactful technology solutions tailored to nonprofit needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft-based development, integrating third-party applications, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop custom solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint.

Integrate third-party applications with Microsoft solutions to streamline workflows and optimize performance.

Develop and optimize APIs, workflows, and data pipelines to enable seamless integration across platforms.

Ensure security and compliance within solutions tailored for nonprofits.

Provide technical documentation, support, and training to clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with nonprofit clients to understand their unique needs and translate them into effective technological solutions.
Required Qualifications

Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or Dynamics 365.

Proven experience in Microsoft development, including Power Platform, Azure, Dynamics 365, or SharePoint.

Strong integration expertise using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.

Proficiency in development languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.

Microsoft Dynamics 365: Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 cloud-based applications such as Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights.

DevOps: Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Power Platform ALM practices for deployment and source control.

Azure Logic Apps: Experience with creating workflows that integrate with various services, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Familiarity with data architecture and cloud-based solutions, particularly within the nonprofit sector.

Knowledge of Copilot Studio and general awareness of standard Copilot agent capabilities. Strong understanding of ethical AI practices to ensure AI solutions are fair, transparent, and secure.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions to organizational needs.

Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Passion for nonprofit work and using technology to drive social impact.

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Experience

Previous experience working within or consulting for nonprofit organizations.

Knowledge of fundraising, donor management, and CRM systems commonly used in the nonprofit space.

Expertise utilizing Microsoft PowerBI and Fabric to build reports and dashboards that solve for nonprofit organizations’ business intelligence needs
