The Account Director - Client Services is responsible for ensuring customer needs are translated properly and understood by all internal departments that produce deliverables or manage support for our clients. Individuals in this role are ultimately accountable for making sure our clients have an excellent experience and that every deliverable is delivered on time with high quality.

Position Details

We are hiring a dynamic Account Director - Client Services with a passion for holistic client work, spanning brand identity, design, web design/development, strategy, and growth. This Account Director will be a partner to our CEO and a strategic thinker who excels at balancing client satisfaction and internal collaboration across diverse creative disciplines, we want to hear from you. This role is pivotal in ensuring our agency consistently delivers exceptional value to clients across a spectrum of services.


Holistic Client Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive client strategies that encompass brand identity, design, web design/development, strategy, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate creative disciplines seamlessly into overarching client strategies.

Client Advocacy

  • Be the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring their needs across diverse creative services are understood and addressed.
  • Advocate for the client within the agency, representing their interests in brand development, design, web projects, strategy, and overall campaign execution.

Team Collaboration

  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, including creative, design, web development, strategy, and growth, to ensure the successful delivery of integrated and holistic client solutions.
  • Create an environment where each team member understands their unique contribution to comprehensive client success.

Decision-Making Authority

  • Act as the final decision-maker on key matters related to brand identity, design, web projects, and overall client strategy, balancing client expectations with internal capabilities.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the high standards expected by both clients and the agency across various creative disciplines.

Campaign Execution

  • Oversee the planning and execution of holistic client campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity, design aesthetics, web development goals, and overarching growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that campaigns reflect the essence of brand identity while driving client growth.

Client Retention and Growth

  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth across brand development, design, web services, and strategic initiatives.
  • Proactively address challenges to maintain positive client relationships and contribute to the overall growth of client accounts.


Proven Expertise: 7+ years of demonstrated experience in account management with a focus on creative strategy and digital marketing within the creative agency landscape.

Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, blending digital marketing prowess with a creative agency mindset to drive business growth.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for navigating the complexities of client relationships and team collaboration.

Client Growth: A track record of managing and growing key client accounts in the digital space, showcasing your ability to balance client satisfaction with agency capabilities.

Industry Understanding: A deep understanding of creative, media, and development processes in the context of digital marketing, enabling you to guide teams effectively.

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where your ability to adapt to evolving digital trends and client needs will be crucial.

Keen Eye for Design: You have the critical ability to engage on design topics - you understand communications and design assets holistically — everything matters, not just the words.

Remote | We are a fully-remote team - anywhere in the USA is fine. However, this position will require some travel to meet with clients, and therefore applicants should be ready and willing to travel when needed.

The base salary range for this position is $110k-130k per annum with an OTE of $150k+ (bonuses given based upon completion of agreed-upon goals). Compensation varies depending on job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
