Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Account Coordinator position provides a wide variety of support duties for the client service team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a wide variety of numerous and concurrent client projects, under the direction of the Account Lead.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative:

  • Perform administrative tasks as needed (i.e., meeting printouts, prepping art files for strategies, presentations, etc.)
  • Assist with research/fact check client copy using client website or browser
  • Archive/maintain client files like budgets, schedules, copy, art, meeting notes, etc.
  • Track vendor invoices and draft reconciliations
  • Manage/distribute/post to SFTP final data and art files to clients

Analytics + Budgeting:

  • Assist with Tableau data-entry of project projections and expenses
  • Upload project keycodes into Tableau
  • Ensure project names are accurate and align with project codes in Tableau
  • Learn list processing set-up – become familiar with List Processing tool
  • Review and approve data samples against client data for accuracy
  • Assist Account Lead in developing client project budgets
  • Assist in tracking annual program expenses

Client Service:

  • Assist account teams with set-up of PowerPoint presentations
  • Provide proofreading and copy-editing support for client copy
  • Proofread memos, strategy documents, and presentations
  • Create package specs for production vendors and graphic designers
  • Verify costs against client budgets and approve project invoices with Accounting team
  • Update production schedule and assist in tracking deliverables with support from Account Manager/Executive
Requirements

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly operates a computer and other office equipment and remains in a stationary position, often sitting (or standing if at a standing desk) for prolonged periods; communication is via email, chat, phone, video, and/or in-person with others inside and outside the agency in order to exchange information; repetitive motions may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers in order to operate computer equipment, copy machines, and printers. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Minimum years of experience required: 2
  • In the following areas: project management, fundraising, advocacy, nonprofit, production management, or similar
  • Required experience & knowledge:
  • Experience and comfort with working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Additional desired experience & knowledge but not required:
  • Basic mail production knowledge
  • Experience with nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy

ABOUT COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • A starting salary range of between $51,000 - $56,100, with performance evaluations and review of salary at least annually
