POSITION SUMMARY:
The Production Executive works within the Client Service team to lead a wide variety of project management and production duties on behalf of our non-profit clients. The ideal candidate serves as liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of direct mail projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure accuracy and quality of print specifications produced by production team
- Develop cost efficiencies and harness new production technology
- Assist Account Lead in developing new package concepts for clients
- Fully understand print production process, including paper and print options
- Create project budgets for client approval
- Proof direct mail copy and art, and oversee timely approvals from client
- Oversee production schedules
- Manage graphic designers on art creation
- Problem-solve and ability to take accountability for errors
- Lead the creation and management of production deliverables and proactively work with clients to keep projects on schedule
- Oversee weekly production meetings with clients and vendors
- Project direct mail expenses for client annual plans
- Assist Account Lead in the creation of direct mail Strategy Documents
- Ability to mentor managers, coordinators, or assistants; other team members

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
- A minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong production knowledge
- Previous print/direct mail experience
- Experience working with multiple vendors

- Understanding of agency’s products and services
