New American Leaders and New American Leaders Action Fund are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join the Board of Directors. We are looking for candidates that fit the following criteria: Commitment to Mission (politically engaged with values rooted in social justice and a strong gender and racial equity lens); Leadership Skills (proven leadership, innovative thinking, ideally previous board experience); Diverse Background (life experience connected to the immigrant experience, reflecting the diverse communities we serve); Fundraising Commitment (a meaningful personal annual donation and a pledge to secure a minimum of $10,000 for New American Leaders and $5,000 for New American Leaders Action Fund).
