Hi! We’re a creative-first agency specializing in designing impactful identities and brand experiences. From building and optimizing advertising campaigns, to crafting stunning websites, and creating immersive experiential designs, we bring creative visions to life with purpose and precision.

As a Design Intern, we’re looking for junior or senior-level college students who are eager to take on a range of design projects, gain hands-on experience, and work closely with seasoned professionals.
This isn’t just about assisting—it's about being actively involved in the creative process, contributing your ideas, and iterating on designs. By the end of your internship, you’ll have built a portfolio full of work that reflects meaningful, high-quality design.

🖊️ What You’ll Be Doing
Tackle Real Design Challenges – Work on client-facing projects as well as Outright branded marketing materials, applying your skills to both external and internal needs
Design Across Platforms – Work on everything from social media content to print, reports, and presentations
Join Brainstorms & Strategy Sessions – Bring ideas to the table and see how creative decisions happen
Take Feedback, Iterate, Improve – Because great design happens in the revisions
✔️ You’d Be a Great Fit If You…
Are a Junior or Senior College Student – Majoring in a graphic design-related field and eager to apply your skills in a real-world setting
Have a Strong Portfolio – You’ll be expected to share work within your portfolio during the interview, so provide a portfolio when you apply that shows us samples that highlight your unique style, skills, and understanding of design principles
Are Comfortable in Adobe Creative Cloud – Adobe CC is a necessity, and Figma is a bonus. If you’re ready to dive in and strengthen your skills, we’re here to help you grow
Like a Fast-Paced Environment – Things move quickly here, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to keep up and stay on their toes
Take Initiative – If something is unclear, you ask. If there’s a problem, you help solve it

Have Motion Animation Skills – GIFs, animations, video graphics? Yes, please
Know a Bit About UX/UI – Not required, but cool if you do
