We are Outright, a creative-first agency specializing in designing impactful identities and brand experiences. From building brand systems and advertising campaigns to crafting digital experiences, and experiential design, we bring creative visions to life with purpose and precision.

We believe internships should be about real work, real growth, and real collaboration.

As a Design Intern, you’ll jump into a range of creative projects, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside experienced designers and strategists. This isn’t just about assisting—it’s about being part of the creative process. You’ll contribute ideas, iterate on designs, and see your work come to life across real projects.

We’re especially excited about designers who enjoy the craft of production—taking established brand systems and translating them into polished, thoughtful design across social graphics, reports, presentations, and campaigns, with small moments of motion along the way.

By the end of the internship, you’ll walk away with strong portfolio pieces and a deeper understanding of how design works inside an agency.

💡 What You’ll Get Out of This

    • Level Up Your Skills – Get hands-on experience with design tools, production workflows, and creative systems used in a real agency environment

    • Build a Killer Portfolio Work on projects that not only challenge your skills but result in polished pieces you can proudly include in your portfolio

    • Collaborate With a Multi-Functional Team Learn how designers, strategists, developers, and project managers work together to bring ideas to life
