Work across PUSA, including with research, polling, analytics, and ad ops staff to ensure that media plans reflect learnings and best practices about our audiences and their media consumption habits.

- Reporting. Work with analytics and digital communications staff to aggregate and analyze data related to performance of live campaigns. Develop insights and recommendations for program adjustments and optimizations.
- Collaboration and communication. Work collaboratively with the ad ops, creative, and analytics teams to implement a smooth project management flow that ensures our work is careful, efficient, and accurate. Build new systems or processes to ensure the best programs possible. Clearly communicate program updates to the Paid Media Director and other relevant staff.
- Strategic thinking and innovation. Bring a strong point-of-view about paid media best practices for persuasion and mobilization and opportunities for experimentation to each program. Stay abreast of the changing media landscape and recommend programmatic changes accordingly.
- Flexibility. Maintain a level of flexibility in the specific expectations of this job as the Priorities program takes clearer shape.
