Perfect Communications, based in Moorestown, NJ, is a provider of direct marketing services to the gaming industry. We support a national client base with data-driven marketing solutions that help our clients communicate effectively with their customers across multiple channels.

We are growing our email marketing team and are looking for someone who can help us prepare, manage, and automate the client data that supports recurring email campaigns deployed through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Who You Are

Perfect Communications is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Operations Specialist – SFMC to join our growing email marketing team. This role is responsible for preparing client-provided data for email deployment, supporting automation workflows, and ensuring accurate campaign execution for a national client base in the gaming industry.

Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for preparing and managing client-provided data for email campaign deployment through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This includes cleaning and standardizing data, preparing segmented audiences, managing suppression files, supporting automation workflows, and helping improve internal processes that reduce manual effort and improve campaign accuracy.

The right candidate will be comfortable working with multiple client databases, handling recurring production deadlines, and supporting a fast-paced email operations environment serving a national client base.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, review, and prepare client-provided databases for email deployment
  • Clean, normalize, and validate data files for use in SFMC
  • Remove duplicates and identify missing, inconsistent, or unusable data
  • Create and maintain segmented audiences based on client instructions
  • Manage suppression lists, exclusions, opt-outs, and file version control
  • Prepare upload-ready data files and support campaign setup for deployment
  • Assist in maintaining data extensions, imports, and audience organization within SFMC
  • Support workflow automations in Salesforce that streamline data intake and reduce manual errors
  • Work closely with internal production and deployment teams to resolve data issues before launch
  • Help establish quality-control procedures and documentation for repeatable campaign execution
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and on schedule

What You Bring

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, CRM operations, or a similar data-focused role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with CSV and spreadsheet-based data files
  • Experience cleaning, formatting, and standardizing large data sets
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a production-driven environment
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Automation Studio, Data Extensions, audience imports, and segmentation in SFMC
  • Experience using Salesforce to support workflow automation and process improvement
  • Familiarity with SQL for segmentation, queries, or data review
  • Understanding of suppression management, unsubscribe handling, and email data hygiene best practices
  • Experience in email marketing, direct marketing, or production operations
  • Experience supporting multiple clients, campaigns, or business units
  • Experience in gaming, hospitality, agency, or other deadline-driven environments is a plus

Hourly Rate: $35–$44 per hour

Work Location

This is a hybrid role with preference for candidates who are interested in working regularly from our Moorestown, NJ location.
