Who You Are

Perfect Communications, a full-service commercial printing company located in Moorestown, NJ is seeking an experienced folder operator. This is a 2nd or 3rd shift position with full-time or part-time positions available. The ideal applicant will have experience operating an MBO model folder and be experienced with folding signature work and direct mailers. The person must be able to work independently and produce work that is up to company standards. The willingness and ability to operate other bindery equipment is a plus.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for setup, operation and troubleshooting of MBO folder
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Responsible for quality output
  • Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized.
  • Assist in all finishing operations as production workload may require.

What You Bring

  • Ability to stand for length of shift.
  • Ability to bend and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work overtime based on work volume.
  • Willingness to work independently and make decisions regarding quality and production outputs requirements.
  • Prior print manufacturing experience.

Starting Salary: $28.00 per hour
