Join Flash Security Integrators Inc and help deliver reliable, professional security installations that protect people, property, and data.

What You'll Do

  • Install and bend conduit (EMT, RMC, IMC, PVC) to support security, network, and electrical pathways across data halls, MDF/IDF rooms, rooftops, and exterior gate assemblies.
  • Measure, cut, and fabricate conduit runs using hand benders, hydraulic benders, and threading equipment.
  • Install junction boxes, pull boxes, and standoffs in accordance with specifications and NEC requirements.
  • Seal penetrations and fire‑stop conduit entries to meet fire‑rating and compliance standards.
  • Pull wire and fiber pathways once conduit is installed, coordinating with security, low‑voltage, and network teams to ensure correct labeling and segregation.
  • Install, configure, and commission electronic security systems: CCTV, access control, intrusion and alarm systems.
  • Diagnose and repair system faults; replace defective components and update firmware/configuration.
  • Read and follow technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and installation standards.
  • Document work thoroughly: service reports, checklists, and job closeouts.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job site.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum: Proven hands-on experience in electronic security installation and service.
  • Technical knowledge: Access control, CCTV/IP cameras, alarm systems, and basic networking.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 and Aerial Lift Training required; ESA, NICET, or manufacturer certs preferred.
  • Tools & skills: Comfortable with multimeters, cable testers, power tools, terminations, and testing.
  • Other: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with IP networking and structured cabling.
  • Prior work on combined Access Control, Burglar/Fire Alarm, and IP Security Camera systems.
  • Ability to lead small crews or train junior technicians.
  • Installs EMT, RMC, IMC, and PVC conduit systems
  • Performs precision conduit bending (offsets, 90s, saddles, kicks)
  • measures, cuts, threads, and assembles conduit runs
  • toutes conduit pathways per drawing, specs, and site conditions
  • installs couplings, connectors, straps, and support hardware
  • ensures conduit alignment, spacing, and structural integrity
