ABOUT RELENTLESS

Relentless is an organizing company focused on unlocking political power through relational organizing. Relational organizing is the simple, proven concept that people talking to their friends and family is more effective than strangers talking to strangers. Our flagship product, Rally, is a social graph, power-mapping tool, and program management platform that makes running scaled relational programs simple. Our in-house program team brings their deep experience to supercharge the programs that run on Rally and mobilize communities at scale to have meaningful conversations, get out the vote, and so much more.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • In 2024, Relentless is running a first-of-its-kind compensated relational program at scale across battleground states using Rally. This program will hire 20,000+ low turnout voters to become relational organizers in their communities and turn their friends and families out to vote. We’re looking for an experienced, fluent user of tech systems who is ready to hit the ground running and become a subject matter expert who will play a critical role in the execution of the entire program.

Our 2024 program operates entirely within our native relational organizing tool, Rally. This is where voters apply to the program, get accepted, attend events, sign contracts, and conduct relational organizing work. We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to quickly become an expert in the administration of the Rally platform, and be a leader in ensuring the program is effectively using the platform in a fast-paced electoral environment.

Our in-house engineering team is regularly shipping feature updates and new feature releases, and the Implementation Specialist will work with the Product Manager and Deputy Director of Special Projects to ensure these changes are communicated to the rest of the team, documented, and that systems are updated to reflect the evolving capabilities of the platform.

The Implementation Specialist has 2 key job areas:

    • Configuring Rally to support the needs of the program, including coordinating deployment of changes as the program develops and as new features are released.

    • Ensuring the rest of the team has up-to-date training, documentation, and support in using Rally.

A great Implementation Specialist is someone who lives and breathes tech tools and systems. You are excited about learning the smallest details of a platform and passionate about helping others use tools to their maximum capability. You can stay on top of deadlines and priorities while also seeing the big picture of the election cycle and how to ensure the tech tool supports the program at large.

The Implementation Specialist will report directly to the Deputy Director of Special Projects and assist them in managing projects, coordinating the deployment of changes to admin configuration, and strategizing on training and documentation.

This is a full-time, remote, and temporary position with an estimated start date of August 29, 2024 and an end date of November 15, 2024.
