Role Summary: This is a Cycle hire position starting in April through November 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify key influencers on Social Media Platforms
• Draft, negotiate and strategize influencer deliverables, agreements in order to meet campaign goals.
• Manage influencer campaigns across digital platforms.
• Lead and develop client strategy according to their goals
• Develop messaging briefs, metrics and analytics reports
• Managing client relationships and being the primary point of contact for campaigns
• Build relationships with our creator network.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years working in the digital, social media, creator or communications space.
• Previous experience in working on digital campaigns for advocacy and social impact causes
• Fluent in Spanish, prior experience in developing messaging briefs and written materials in Spanish
• Passion and enthusiasm for progressive politics and social impact causes
• Organized and excellent communication skills
• Able to work in a fast paced and hyper growth environment
• Experience in creating briefs, decks and memos a plus
• Experience in Account Management a plus
