Teal Media is hiring a full-time Digital Strategist to join our collaborative, mission-driven team! In this role, you’ll help develop and execute multi-channel digital strategies that inspire action and drive meaningful results for our clients. You’ll work closely with senior strategists, designers, and developers to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across web, social media, email, SMS, and paid media. From shaping strategy and crafting content to analyzing performance and identifying insights, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients grow their audiences and achieve their goals.

Ideal Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the U.S.)
Salary Range: $75,000–$115,000

This position may be hired at different experience levels depending on the candidate’s background and expertise. The salary range reflects that flexibility, as well as consideration for geographic location. Final offers are determined based on each candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and demonstrated capabilities.
