Partnerships Coordinator
We’re looking for an organized, collaborative, and creative Partnerships Coordinator to support the Director of Creator Strategy in driving forward client strategy, campaign development, and creator partnerships. In this role, you’ll play a key part in pitching new clients, managing existing client needs, and crafting strategies that align creators’ voices for impact-driven organizations and campaigns.

Vocal Media is a social impact marketing agency. We build and activate powerful social media movements across the top social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, X, and Discord. We work on issues like racial justice, climate change, and economic inequality, as well as creating cultural content around popular topics like health and wellness, beauty, fashion, sports, media, history, and everything in between.
The Vocal Media team brings together talent from music promotion, tech, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and political organizing to support progressive campaigns and organizations. Across the board, our team members believe deeply in helping organizations leverage social media to promote social good.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Director of Creator Strategy to develop and execute strategic plans for mission-driven clients
Support in pitching new business by drafting proposals and presenting ideas to prospective clients
Build and maintain visually compelling, well-structured decks in Google Slides for client presentations, proposals, and internal strategy briefs
Assist with preparation for client meetings and internal brainstorms, including compiling background research, pulling relevant case studies, and organizing materials
Take detailed, organized notes during internal and external meetings, track key decisions and next steps, and ensure timely follow-up
Help manage and update project timelines, deliverables, and documentation across campaigns using Notion
Stay current on trends in the creator economy, social media platforms, and broader cultural conversations related to social impact
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand strategy, digital media for political causes, or a related field (agency or creator economy experience a plus)
Strong proficiency in Google Slides, with the ability to build, format, and edit professional presentations with a high level of polish and attention to detail
Highly organized with excellent project management skills; able to track multiple workstreams, manage timelines, and keep teams aligned
Comfortable taking clear, actionable notes during meetings and managing follow-ups across team members and departments
Strong written and verbal communication skills, contributing to client-facing materials with clarity and professionalism
Deep interest in social media, digital culture, and the creator economy—especially at the intersection of creators and social impact
Familiarity with key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and how creators engage audiences across them
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Passion for progressive politics and strong cultural competency
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours and strict deadlines
Experience using Notion for task management, documentation, and collaboration is a plus
