Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision
  • Help shape Wide Eye's client services approach, creating practices that reflect our values and support sustainable growth
  • Work with agency leadership to identify new opportunities and evolve how we serve our clients
  • Build and lead a diverse, high-performing client services team that brings unique perspectives to our work with mission-driven clients
  • Create flexible frameworks for account planning and relationship building that can grow with us
  • Inspire, lead and empower team members to be proactive problem solvers and find innovative solutions to remedy difficult client challenges
Client Partnership & Growth
  • Be a strategic partner for key agency relationships, working closely with clients to understand their challenges and find creative ways Wide Eye can help them succeed
  • Lead regular strategic check-ins with our clients to gather feedback, discuss questions and process, guide strategy, and ensure project success
  • Develop thoughtful approaches for growing existing accounts through expanded services and deeper partnerships
  • Build trusted relationships with client leadership teams, serving as a knowledgeable advisor on digital strategy, creative solutions, and organizational change
  • Help solve complex client challenges by bringing together Wide Eye's capabilities in creative ways
  • Ensure that client partnerships align with Wide Eye’s overall company values and goals
  • Measure the impact of our projects by gathering success metrics and qualitative feedback to inform client strategy and Wide Eye case studies
Business Development Leadership
  • Help drive agency growth through new business development, leading pitch strategy and building relationships with potential clients
  • Spot and pursue strategic growth opportunities that align with Wide Eye's values
  • Work with our creative leadership to evolve how we present ourselves and our services
  • Stay informed on new trends, technologies, and best practices in creative strategy and client services Create smart approaches to pricing and packaging our services that work well for both clients and the agency
Team Development & Culture
  • Support and mentor client services team members, helping them grow while building a collaborative culture
  • Create clear paths for career development within the client services team
  • Partner with other departments, such as Project Management and Creative, to ensure the successful execution of client deliverables that align with key objectives
  • Work with agency leadership to maintain an inclusive, welcoming workplace that attracts and retains diverse talent
  • Bring Wide Eye's values to life through your leadership approach and client interactions

Qualifications & Experience

Required
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3-4 years in senior client service leadership roles within an agency
  • Track record of growing client relationships and driving agency revenue growth
  • Experience building and leading teams in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Strong strategic thinking with a knack for turning client challenges into creative solutions
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
  • Deep understanding of how digital/creative agencies work and what makes them successful
  • Ability to navigate complex relationships while getting things done
  • Experience working with mission-driven organizations and managing multi-stakeholder projects
  • Strong business sense with experience in account planning and financial management
