We provide products, services, perks, benefits, tips, and tools to help members improve their financial lives, and we have become a trusted source of information about financial matters, economic policy, and public debates about the economy for our 6 million (and growing) members. We also activate and engage our members in advocacy campaigns to support policies and elected leaders to support our core vision that everyone in America can afford to live a good life. What are we looking for? In 2024, WorkMoney’s Advocacy team is focused on electing leaders who advance our core vision that everyone in America should be able to afford to live a good life.

We are looking to bring on two positions to our Advocacy team to support our electoral member programs. These positions will focus on our Peer-to-Peer SMS program and our calling program with additional responsibilities as the cycle evolves.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Support the Advocacy team in the planning and execution of advocacy and political programs, including coordinating staff across internal and external teams to meet objectives and targets
  • Build trainings and work with vendors to deliver timely content to callers and texters, all in a remote environment
  • Manage political program vendor relationships
  • Track objectives, analyze results, and provide regular updates and reporting on WorkMoney’s electoral program
  • Administer outreach platforms like Callhub and Strive
  • Proactively communicate up the chain of leadership to diagnose issues, flag concerns and develop fixes to keep the program on track and on time
