This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management within a creative agency who is excited to build relationships, support business development, and contribute to impactful, purpose-driven work. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about data visualization, visual storytelling, and digital strategy to join a nimble, creative team and grow within a company that values impact and innovation. About the Role: You’ll focus on supporting and actively monitoring Graphicacy’s accounts and business development efforts, helping to identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to a strong and organized sales pipeline. Success in this role means consistently maintaining a clean and actionable pipeline, generating qualified opportunities and prospects, and contributing insights that improve how we approach outreach, partnerships and growth. This is a client-facing role that blends sales support, account coordination, and relationship management. You’ll work closely with leadership to help grow our client base and strengthen existing partnerships. Accounts & Business Development: • Collaborate with leadership to identify, track, and pursue new business opportunities. • Execute and iterate on outbound outreach efforts, including drafting emails, coordinating meetings, and preparing follow-ups. • Support re-engagement campaigns targeting past clients and dormant leads. • Assist in developing proposals, scopes of work, and sales materials tailored to client needs. • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. • Help manage and organize the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and movement of opportunities. Client Relationship Support: • Support ongoing communication with current and prospective clients. • Prepare materials for client presentations, pitches, and check-ins. • Prepare background briefs and key context for client conversations to support more informed and strategic engagement. • Assist in coordinating and scheduling client meetings. • Help ensure a smooth and professional client experience throughout the sales process. Sales Operations & Coordination: • Maintain and update the Weekly Business Development Tracker, ensuring accurate reporting of outreach activity, pipeline progression, and key metrics. • Organize internal documentation related to accounts, proposals, and contracts. • Coordinate across internal teams to gather inputs for proposals and presentations. • Contribute to refining sales processes and improving efficiency across the accounts function. • Prepare and contribute weekly Business Development updates by summarizing pipeline updates and supporting team alignment on next steps. About You: • You’re excited by the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and mission-driven company, and you’re curious to learn about all areas of the business—from design to data engineering to client strategy. • You are comfortable not just executing tasks, but identifying patterns, suggesting improvements, and curious about what drives successful client relationships and business development outcomes. • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account coordination at a creative agency or similar environment. • Strong interest in creative services, digital products, or data-driven storytelling. Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging clients and internal teams. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once. • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership over your work, and Graphicacy’s systems and processes. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote environment. • Experience using CRM tools and supporting sales pipelines is a plus. You’re eager to build your skills and take on new challenges, whether that means diving deeper into project coordination, client management, or exploring opportunities in data visualization design or engineering. • You’re adaptable, ask smart questions, and aren’t afraid to try new ideas. • You’re experienced working remotely and know how to stay connected and productive in a distributed team environment.
