Graphicacy, a mission-driven data visualization and design studio, is seeking an Accounts Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of client partnerships. Ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management within a creative agency who is excited to build relationships, support business development, and contribute to impactful, purpose-driven work. This is a client-facing role blending sales support, account coordination, and relationship management, working closely with leadership to grow our client base and strengthen partnerships.About the Role: Focus on supporting and monitoring accounts and business development efforts, identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline. Responsibilities include: • Collaborate with leadership to identify, track, and pursue new business opportunities. • Execute and iterate on outbound outreach (draft emails, coordinate meetings, prepare follow-ups). • Support re-engagement campaigns for past clients and dormant leads. • Assist in developing proposals, scopes, and sales materials. • Maintain and update CRM systems; organize the sales pipeline for timely follow-up. Client Relationship Support: • Support communication with current and prospective clients. • Prepare materials for presentations, pitches, and check-ins. • Prepare background briefs and context for client conversations. • Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings. • Help ensure a smooth, professional client experience. Sales Operations & Coordination: • Maintain and update Weekly Business Development Tracker. • Organize internal documentation for accounts, proposals, contracts. • Coordinate across teams to gather inputs. • Refine sales processes and improve efficiency. • Prepare weekly Business Development updates.About You: • Excited to grow in a mission-driven company and learn across design, data engineering, and strategy. • Comfortable executing tasks and identifying patterns and improvements. • 2–3 years in sales/business development/account coordination at a creative agency or similar. • Strong interest in creative services, digital products, or data-driven storytelling. • Excellent communication; highly organized and detail-oriented; proactive and self-motivated; comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment. • Experience with CRM tools and supporting sales pipelines is a plus. • Eager to build skills and take on new challenges; adaptable and curious; experienced working remotely.
