Graphicacy, a mission-driven data visualization and design studio, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own and drive growth across our client portfolio. This role is built for a strategic relationship-builder with 5+ years of agency sales or account management experience who can independently identify opportunities, close new business, and deepen partnerships with the clients and organizations we serve. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about data visualization, visual storytelling, and digital strategy to join a nimble, creative team and grow within a company that values impact and innovation.About the Role:- Report to the Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director and lead business development end-to-end, from prospecting and pipeline strategy to proposal development and close.- Own a revenue target, manage a book of business, and work directly with leadership to shape how we grow.- Business Development & Sales: drive the full sales cycle; targeted outreach; build and maintain a robust pipeline; lead re‑engagement with past clients; collaborate on revenue goals and GTM strategy.- Account Management & Client Partnerships: anticipate client needs; surface new engagement opportunities; ensure smooth handoffs between sales and delivery.- Sales Operations & Strategy: maintain CRM hygiene; iterate on proposals and scopes; contribute to pricing and deal structure; report weekly on pipeline and metrics.About You:- 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management at a creative agency/digital studio/strategic communications firm; track record of exceeding targets; strong qualification instincts; relationship building across levels; interest in data visualization/digital storytelling; experience with CRM and pipeline management; comfort in a lean, remote environment.About Us and Benefits: Graphicacy is based in Washington, DC with team members in Brooklyn and Los Angeles. This is a full-time, fully remote position with $85,000–$110,000 base salary and on-target earnings of $110,000–$125,000, plus medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement match, generous PTO and sick leave, and flexible, people-first policies.
