Who We Are

Trilogy Interactive is a full-service digital agency. For over a decade, we have stood at the forefront of the digital revolution in the Democratic political and nonprofit space. We’re reshaping what’s possible in the world of politics through our award-winning programs for campaigns, nonprofits, and organizations. We’re a dynamic, diverse team — and now, we want you to join us!

We are looking for experienced email producers, social media managers, or front-end developers to join our digital marketing team in our Washington, D.C., or Berkeley, CA office through the 2026 election cycle, ending mid-November 2026. If you want to use your digital production skills to make a positive impact on your community and your country, please apply today.

Role Details

As an Email Coordinator, you will be closely involved with our client teams on day-to-day digital email and social media production, reporting, and research tasks, and you will be expected to deliver high-quality results across all aspects of owned media production.

Responsibilities

  • Build, send, and analyze mobile-optimized emails
  • Segment email lists based on demographic, geographic, and supporter behavior-based factors
  • Post social media content and analyzing performance
  • Create and optimize landing pages and donation forms
  • Manage and update client websites and CRM databases
  • Conduct quality assurance testing for email, social media, landing pages, and advertising
  • Participate in report production and analysis, and use those results to optimize both ongoing and future campaigns
  • Explore new technologies — especially in email marketing, social media, and other owned media — on a regular basis to find innovative ways to help our clients reach their goals
  • Coordinate with project leads to monitor, modify, and implement clients’ digital marketing calendars
  • Complete time sheets on a daily basis

Qualifications

Required skills include:

  • Minimum of two years of email production, social media management, or front-end development experience. SMS experience is a plus.
  • Experience producing emails and/or mass marketing campaigns or writing front-end code for commercial or nonprofit websites.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and manipulating data within spreadsheets.
  • Comfort exploring and working in new technology platforms.
  • Curiosity about finding new and better ways to work and interest in developing innovative solutions to help our clients reach their goals.
  • Strong organizational and quantitative skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills for managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning and developing new skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

While not required, we will look favorably on candidates who have experience with any of the following:

  • HTML and CSS
  • Political advocacy CRMs such as EveryAction and Action Network, or enterprise-level ESPs such as Acoustic and Salesforce
  • Adobe Photoshop and other Creative Suite programs
  • WordPress and/or other common website CMS software
  • Database management

Although political experience is not a necessity to qualify for this position, you should at least be intrigued by progressive candidates, causes, and organizations. Our highly experienced team will be available to provide guidance, but a personal interest in Democratic politics will help you immensely.

Location

The ideal candidate will reside in either the Berkeley, CA (Bay Area) or Washington, D.C. and come into the respective Trilogy office on a hybrid schedule of Tuesdays and Thursdays.
